"Chad has been excellent to work with. He communicates clearly, is reliable, and shows up on time. I've hired him for a couple of jobs at my rental property, and the work has always been clean, professional, and well done. He also provides photos of the completed work, and payment is simple. Overall, he offers great customer service and is a no-hassle handyman. I'll continue using him and am happy to wait for his availability when he's busy."
"I contacted Build & Fortify, Chad, because I was having an issue with my gate. I had previously had someone else look at it and they offered no solution. Chad came to look at it and really took the time to figure out how he could solve the problem. He was communicative and got the job done. I even had him fix another gate and problem solve a third issue I had. I really appreciate his work! I highly recommend Chad for his work ethic and fair pricing!"
